’Boys Rock’ ~ A stylish form fitted Henley Neckline Sweater featuring long sleeves that offer two variations for a pair of cool looks sure to be a hit with the boys!



Designed to fit: 18“ American Boy Dolls and with minor changes indicated in pattern details also fits Slim all vinyl dolls like the Gӧtz Hannah type & Kidz ‘n’ Cats boys

Two Styling Options:

  • Option One: Color-Block sleeves, where the lower section is worked in a contrast along with a ridge row creating a trendy layered effect

  • Option Two: Contrast sleeves, where the entire sleeve on through raglan shaping is worked in contrast for a cool look

Construction: Worked flat; back and forth in rows. Pattern begins with sleeves worked first from cuff to armholes that are later joined to main body, (worked from bottom in one piece to armholes) for raglan shaping then each side worked separately for featured Henley neckline, includes full back button closure

Pattern Features: Classic long raglan sleeves with two styling options using a contrast, featuring a rib stitch pattern. Formatted with line-by-line written instructions given throughout with option to work to measurement

Knitting Needles:

  1. American Boy version requires: Pair each of 3.5mm (used for ribbing) & 3.75mm
  2. Slim version requires: Pair each of 3.25mm (used for ribbing) & 3.5mm

Gauge:

  1. Using 3.5mm needles: 6.5sts, 8 rows in 1 inch over shadow ribbed stitch based on materials used
  2. Using 3.25mm needles: 7sts, 9 rows in 1 inch over shadow ribbed stitch based on materials used
