A stylish and easy to wear capelet, perfect for wrapping around your shoulders on a summers evening. This versatile accessory can also be wrapped around your neck for added warmth or tucked into your coat as the days cool and autumn arrives.

The capelet is designed in one size and uses a full 100g skein of Ginger’s Hand Dyed, Delight. The lace border is easily adjusted to get the most of your chosen skein.

While gauge is not crucial to the shawl, please bear in mind that differences in gauge will change the size of the shawl and alter the yardage needed to complete the design as written.

Pattern notes

This shawl uses the entire 100g skein of yarn. Please note the cast off requires approximately 10g of yarn. I would advise weighing your skein before you start and during the lace edge to ensure you have enough yarn to complete the cast off. You can always lengthen or shorten then lace edge to get the most from your skein of yarn.

Written and charted instructions included.
