This bubbling fish blanket is perfect for a baby in a ‘fishy’ family’. Five fish swim randomly across the blanket, creating a serene naptime environment for baby.

The blanket is knit on size10 circular needles, with two strands of Bernat Softee Baby yarn. The finished blanket size is 28” x 35”. For a smaller size blanket, you can experiment with size 5 or 6 needles with one strand of yarn.

Because the fish are placed ‘randomly’ across the blanket, a little more care is needed when knitting this one. The pattern tells you which row and stitch to start each fish and details every stitch count. At some points you will be working on 2 fish at the same time. Its not hard, you just have to pay attention. As with the others, there is a graph included for reference.
