Cables weave from 2/2 rib to form a crest pattern on both scarf and hat. The base of the hat is the same as the scarf, but is then joined at the back and stitches are picked up to knit the crown. Essentially an easy project, the pair is knit with approximately 650 yds of worsted weight yarn on size 8 needles.
