Calliope is the second in the series of wraps inspired by the Nashville Parthenon replica. It is a generous, crescent-shaped wrap initially worked side-to-side and then finished with lacier parts worked in rows along the bottom curve. It is crocheted in a hand-dyed, chocolate-colored, merino-silk blend yarn. In the myths, Calliope was the muse of epic poetry.

After blocking, Calliope is 16 in. (40.6 cm) wide and 60 in. (152.4 cm) along the inner curve.

The following stitches were used: chain, double crochet, double treble crochet, foundation single crochet, half double crochet, single crochet, slip stitch, three treble crochet cluster, treble crochet, two double crochet cluster.

The pattern pdf includes 15 photos as well as recipe information.
