Subtle layers of pinstripes, like the patina of aged stone, play off the edging and narrow bands of bright color. After the provisional cast on, the interplay of eyelet and garter stitch rows keeping the knitting interesting without adding difficulty. With so many different ways to wrap it, you can mold Carinya into whatever the occasion calls for.
The striking color contours of The Songlines Collection are inspired by songlines that the Aboriginal peoples of Australia used as maps. These melodies, also called dream tracks, sang the lay of the land and guided them on their journeys. As you choose colorways that make your heart sing and then begin to knit, you’ll be composing very personal songlines that tell your own individual story
