NOTE: I have had a few comments about yardage and this sweater. The yardage listed is, of course, an estimate and will change based on your gauge and the type of yarn chosen. I also tend to add 15-20% more yardage than used on the sample for ‘just in case’ times.

Chogolisa is a fitted and flattering square neck cardigan with wide cables to create a curvy impression. It is crocheted in pieces from the bottom up and then seamed together. The bottoms of all pieces are worked with small front post cables. This keeps the visual interest of the ribbing small while allowing the center cables to take center stage. Wide set vertical darts are used for waist and bust shaping.

This cardigan is the perfect sweater to go from Spring to Summer to Fall. It is lightweight and crocheted at a looser than normal gauge to insure the sweater is suitable in all types of weather. This would be the perfect sweater to store in the office for those days when the A/C unit seems to be working overtime.

Chogolisa is perfect for every crocheter - although a working knowledge of cables would be preferred. It is sized for XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL) with modifications easily made if you are on either end of those sizes. Shaping is even added to allow that figure to really shine through. (Don’e want the shaping - just skip it! It really is that easy.)

This pattern is thoroughly tech edited and comes with some of the most detailed instructions I have ever written. The schematic within the pattern is superb and the professional layout with really make crocheting this a breeze.
