The Climate Change Tea Cosy is a global warming inspired tea cosy to highlight the worlds problems we have created through greenhouse gases.

The main part of the tea cosy illustrates the rising sea levels or floods. Notice that there is more water on the tea cosy than the green land at the top.

The top of the tea cosy has two big industrial chimneys pumping out thick grey smoke and causing pollution. There is a thermometer on the side of the cosy, illustrating rising temperatures.

In contrast, the cosy also depicts a wind turbine, a solar panel and the recycling symbol, as well as a tree as symbols of hope and the way forward to lower carbon and pollution levels.

The canary has become a big part of the climate change and cleaner air symbolism after miners used to use canaries as a way of detecting toxic air levels in mines.

It’s a wonderful tea cosy for people who care about out planet and want to start conversations about global warming and climate change and all of the issues that it causes.

The Climate Change tea cosy fits a medium sized tea pot that covers a Teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.
