Cloverleaf is a natural in the kitchen and bath—a perennial botanical cloth for the home. Use up small amounts of yarn to make a useful potholder, trivet or cleaning cloth.

Worked in mosaic garter stitch, just one strand works every two rows while the other strand rests at the edge. Gauge and dimensions are provided with a medium weight cotton. Choose colors that contrast well. Try your camera’s “black & white” setting to look at your yarns in grayscale and check the contrast between your selection(s). The pattern provides full written instructions with (optional) positive and negative charts for making useful household linens and gifts!
