one size, fits most adults and older children

Materials:
• Yarn: 1 skein of 87 yards 80 m Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick, shown in color bluegrass
If substituting yarn, look for “super bulky #6” yarn

• size US 13 9.0 mm needles
• tapestry/yarn needle

Gauge:
8.5 stitches x 15 rows = 4” x 4” in garter stitch (knit all stitches)

For this cowl, gauge is not important because it is a loose fit that drapes around the neck.
However, if you wish to achieve the correct gauge, refer to beginner-friend explanation in pattern.
