Contiguous Baby Cardigan with Peplum

This garment is worked seamlessly from the top-down using the contiguous sleeve method developed by Susie Myers, SusieM on Ravelry (http://www.ravelry.com/people/SusieM)
To Fit Size: 0-3, (6-12, 18-24) months
Approximate Chest: 20”, (22 ½, 24)
Approximate Length: 10 ½”, (11 ½, 12 ½)
Materials:
Dandelion: 3, (3, 4)—50G balls, color 2006, Purple
Gauge: 20 sts, 30 rows= 4” in st st on size 7 needles, 20 sts= 4” in 1x1 ribbing on size 7 needles.
Needles: Size US 7 circular and double points,
scrap yarn, 3 buttons, 4 stitch markers, 2 stitch holders/scrap yarn, US size F crochet hook.
