Sizes:
You can make it in any size. Approximate measurements for each age included.

Materials:
•small amount of yarn in 2 colours (I used 100% cotton DK weight or LIGHT 3 yarn, but it can be made using sport weight or worsted weight yarn as well).
•crochet hook 3.25mm (D), or size you feel comfortable to work with the yarn you are using
•thread and needle

Stitches used:
ch – chain stitch
sc – single crochet
hdc – half double crochet
dc – double crochet
sl st - slip stitch
