cotton puffs is a triangular shawl, knit from the top down. Using a fantastic Magic Garter Tab Cast On, gentle increases take place, creating the triangle.
Just like little puffs of cotton as they sit on the bush, the Cotton Puff stitch adds texture and interest as you knit.
cotton puffs is best knit to gauge as the cotton content of the yarn means it will not block as big as a 100% wool yarn.

Pattern notes: cotton puffs is a triangular shaped shawl. The pattern is written for Sport weight yarn, and one size. The pattern sees you casting on with the Magic Garter Tab cast on and knitting the triangular. A “cotton puff” is created with elongated stitches, which is repeated closely together for the border.
You will need to know how to work basic stitches, and a link to a blog post for the Magic Garter Tab cast on is provided.
