Cotton Supreme Easter Eggs
This pattern has both a knit and crochet version.
Crochet Gauge:16 stitches and 16 rows = 4” in single crochet (US) using G-4 (4 mm) hook
Knit Gauge: 20 stitches and 28 rounds = 4” in Stockinette stitch on US 8 (5 mm) needles
Notions: Tapestry needle, polyfill stuffing
Special Abbreviations
Inc (increase): Insert needle into purl bump at back of next stitch and knit into it.
Sc2tog (single crochet 2 together): Insert hook into next stitch and pull up a loop) two times, yarn over and pull through 3 loops.
Surface chain: With RS facing and holding yarn on WS,
^insert hook through fabric from RS to WS and pull up a loop;
rep from ^ as needed to create chains on surface of fabric.
