The beautiful, fun-to-knit design is two-sided, but it is not double-knit.
Easy design repeat requires almost no float carrying, allowing all of us, new stranders and old, to experience the joy of colorwork without worrying about puckers. Stranding means your cowl will have double the warmth of wool without added bulk. And, this pattern scratches so many knitting itches! It is worked in-the-round, is versatile, reversible, and can be knit to any length. Because it has a buttoned closure, it can be buttoned and worn as a cowl, twisted and then buttoned for a moebius cowl, or left unbuttoned and worn as a scarf. It is knit with Cascade Heritage Solids fingering yarn for a luscious feel. And it’s machine washable!
