The first pattern in my seasonal brioche sock collection. Inspired by wheat fields and cozy argyle blankets.

This sock is worked top down in the round.

8 sizes available. 56 (60, 64, 68, 72, 76, 80, 84) stitches

The front of leg is worked in single pass brioche using a 10 row chart. The back of leg is worked in stranded knitting using a 14 row chart.

I used Sweetgeorgia Tough Love Sock in the color Hoof It. 29 Bridges studio Go to Sock in the color carbon. I recommend a skein of each color to ensure you have enough yarn.

Please note the pattern uses charts for the single pass brioche instep and the stranded colorwork.

These are very stretchy socks, and do not fit as tightly as traditional colorwork socks. Keep this in mind when choosing a size. You can also eliminate stranded stitches if necessary.

I recommend this pattern for those who are comfortable with brioche, chart knitting, and colorwork.
