A quick and easy cowl I whipped up for a work gift exchange. I held the Malabrigo double to make it knit up quicker, but the pattern can be adjusted easily for any yarn weight (hence the Recipe part! ;-]).

If you know how to knit and purl you can whip this up in no time.
