Dahlia mohair sweater
An airy and light dream of a sweater made in a pretty structured pattern that makes for a delightful texture and material. A versatile sweater that will fit perfectly over a T-shirt or sleeveless top to match your jeans or favorite skirt.
We have invented a couple of new increasing techniques for you to learn. The entire sweater is worked in a simple stitch pattern that turns into a pretty structure. It is easily worked, top-down, to allow you to adjust the top to your own measurements as you go. The design is slightly oversize with an approximate chest width positive ease of 15-20 cm / 6-8 inches, slightly deep armholes, and 3⁄4-length sleeves. The pattern also includes directions for long sleeves, if you prefer that.

Procedure
The sweater is worked in the round from the top down. Stitches are cast on using the provisional, crochet cast on method to allow adjusting the size of the neck opening. Short rows are worked across shoulders and back of the neck to make the sweater higher at the back of the neck than at the front. The yoke is worked with raglan increases and slightly deep armholes. Them the stitches are divided into body and sleeves, which are finished separately.
