• Yarn Usage: Approx. 150 grams
• Crochet Hook – 4.5mm US Size 7
• Large – Eye Blunt/Tapestry Needle/Wool Needle

• Measuring Tape

Gauge
•18 SC X 20 rows with 4.5 mm hook = approx. 4” (10x10 cm)
Notes
• When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient.
• The hook called for in the pattern is based on what I have used, but it is not unusual for the gauge to vary from person to person.
• Personally, I am a fair knitter/crocheter but you may check gauge once for exact measurements
• If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook.
• The Beanie is worked in one piece in joined rows, beginning at the end
• Read the pattern carefully.
