This lovely textured hat features a cable-like, but not cabled bubble pattern. The bubbles diminish towards the crown of the hat, creating a lovely starburst.
A quick knit in about half a skein of worsted, and it keeps you warm and stylish as well!
It also matches one of the stitches in the Cable No Cable Cowl, and can be bought together at a 30% discount.

Sizes: S(child), M(woman),L(man or large-headed woman),
head circumference 50cm/20”, 55cm/22”, 60cm/24”
If you want to make smaller or larger sizes, you’d need thinner or thicker yarn and needles.

The Uncommon Thread Lush Worsted (Worsted / 10 ply,80% Merino, 10% Nylon, 10% Cashmere, 210 meters / 100 grams) 0.5 skein
Alternatives: madelinetosh MCN worsted, tosh chunky, tosh merino, Lana Grossa Cool Wool Merino Big. Most aran/worsted yarns will suit.

Washed and blocked: 16 st/28 rows at 10cm/4” in pattern in the round.

needles:
4.5 and 5.5mm/size 7 and 9 US, 40” circular needles; I used Addi Turbos.
