A wonderfully textured and squishy baby receiving blanket pattern that will keep your bundle of joy well covered.

A delightful addition to any nursery, you can make this beautiful blanket in any colour you like.

The double bubble pattern is easily memorised and fun to knit.
The blanket has a seed stitch border, around a very special double-sided bubble stitch.

This adorable blanket is reversible and looks good on both sides.

It is perfect for a baby to play on, or to cover a baby in the stroller or as a prop for infant photography.

Size: About 76 cm or 30 inches square

You can easily make it larger by increasing the number of sts in multiples of 8+1 sts (work more pattern repeats).

Material:
Worsted or Aran Weight Yarn also called 10 ply or Medium
I used 400 g of Drops Big Delight, amounts can vary, depending on the choice of yarn, if in doubt, get an extra couple of balls.
