The Dragon Scale Armour Vest’s design was the result of mixing functionality with fantasy. The crocodile stitch hood and hem emits the perfect look to perform as dragon scale armour. The rest of the garment uses simplistic basic stitches to allow the crocodile stitch to be the center of attention. Ties are used to gather the hood and buttons added for closure.

The vest begins with the construction of the back in a circular motion. Armholes are created before moving on to the front side and elaborate hood. The entire body of the vest is worked in circular rounds until the very end. Then the hood is shaped using short rows, the hem is detailed, and the final embellishments added.

This fun vest is comfortable, warm, and easy to wear.

Note: Requires a lot of yarn and time!
