  1. This pattern was created with the beginner in mind, however, it is rated as intermediate due to the use of post stitches and the dragonfly stitch: SC, DC, post stitches used
  2. This pattern is written in US terms for the right-handed crocheter

  4. This pattern includes making a sample swatch to teach you the dragonfly stitch and to assist you in obtaining gauge
  5. This pattern was tested with Red Heart Super Saver Ombre yarns
  6. Gauge using DC and size “J” (5.75 MM) hook: 7 rows = 4”, 13 sts= 4”
  7. Chain 2’s at beginning of rounds count in stitch count
  8. Stitches in brackets are to be repeated total number times stated after brackets
  9. Numbers in parentheses at end of rounds indicate total stitch count for round
  10. Finished product: wash in cold or luke-warm water, tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry
