This pattern is for basic drawstring pouches or a larger bag, it contains 3 patterns with different dimensions and is adaptable to any yarn type or weight and suitable hook size.

Sizes, gauges and yarn amounts within the pattern and below are based on the materials i used to create the pattern. If you use other materials / hooks your results and requirements will be different from those stated but the patterns will still work.

Small: 2mm crochet hook
Size 10 crochet cotton, 6g

Medium: 3mm crochet hook
Size 8 crochet cotton (2 strands together), 11g
I used Kurtzy crochet thread 5g / 47.5 Mtrs / 51.5 Yds
Large: 3.5mm crochet hook
4ply Cotton, 30g
I used Falstria Cotton 8 50g / 170 Mtrs / 184 Yds

Finished Sizes:
Small coin purse: 2 inches diameter and 2 inches tall
Medium coin purse: 2 ½ Inches diameter and 3 ¼ inches tall
Small bag: 3 ½ inches diameter and 7 inches tall
