This design is being released as a mystery KAL beginning on November 19, 2012 Join the KAL

If you pre-order the Hobbit’s Journey collection you will also receive this pattern

The mystery KAL for the Dwarven Scarf (a unisex textured cowl or infinity scarf) will be in 3-4 parts. Pattern will be a good sampler of textural stitch patterns.

• Clue 4 is not worked for the cowl size.
• Clue 4 is optional, but recommended, for the infinity size. To work clue 4 you’ll need 6 buttons approximately 5/8” diameter. I’ll be using Little Inca pewter buttons.

Release dates are: Nov 19 & 26, Dec 3 & 10
For this design you will need worsted weight yarn in 2 complimenting colors. For the cowl size you will need 1 skein each of your main and coordinating colors. For the larger size you will need 1 skein coordinating color and 2 skeins of your main color.

Solid/semi solid colors are suggested. This is a textured pattern so you want something with good stitch definition.
