This is Engleline, an angel in a woolen dress. The wings and the body are knitted in one piece, back and forth on the needle. Then it all is sewn together at the back, and the head is sewn on in the end.

You need a circular needle at 4 mm to fit all stitches of the angels body. The head is knitted in the round on five double pointed needles at 4 mm. A hook on 4 mm is used to crochet a border around the wings.

The angel measures 16 cm from head to bottom, and 12 cm between the wings. A charming little angel on 15 grams.

In this pattern the gauge isnt essential, but its important that the knitting is a bit tight, so that the angel holds it shape.
