Ernest The Frog is a bit of a romantic - you will often find him daydreaming by the river, watching the clouds drift by! Perhaps he is just waiting for a kiss?..

The instructions are written in US crochet terms, with step by step photos detailing how to make the pieces and finish the toy. Add craft pipe cleaners or wire inside to make a very playful and poseable amigurumi - he can get up to all sorts!

When made with DK weight yarn and 3.50mm hook the finished frog will measure about 24cm long from top of the body to stretched out leg, when flat.
