These sleeves are worked from the top of the arm down. The top is worked with a K 2, P 2 rib to hold it up like a sock. If however you choose a yarn that is mostly silk, as I did, you will want to put the eyelets in and run the ribbon through to keep the sleeves in the proper position. There is some decreasing to shape the arm to keep the fit close as you work your way toward the cuff. The bind off is crocheted with some chain loops for a lacy look at the wrist.
