Notions: Markers, split ring markers or coiless safety pins, stitch holders or waste yarn, tapestry needle
Gauge: 5.5 stitches per inch in stockinette.

Notes: This top is worked in the round. The lace edging is worked first; stitches are picked up for the body with raglan sleeve shaping. The original lace pattern for the body was from Barbara Walker’s “A Treasury of Knitting Patterns” however I completely screwed it up so the pattern as written is my screwed up version. If you want to use the real pattern it is the Faggoting and Beehive Lace Pattern on page 188. Because this is knit in the round you will need to eliminate the plus 4 stitches. My version actually does use a plus 1 to the repeat only to avoid a double yarn over at the join between rounds 1 and 2.
