The Filey Bay Sock pattern features gansey-style motifs, with a small 4-stitch cable which winds its way down the leg onto the foot, flanked by panels of double moss stitch. The pattern contains two sizes - a small, which will fit most women’s feet, and a large, which will fit most men’s feet, the length of which is easily customizable. The pattern contains both charted and written instructions, and is suitable for an adventurous true beginner, or anyone with some experience knitting socks. Knit in Wooly Wonka Fibers’ Ceridwen Sock yarn, which is a 100% SW merino wool fingering-weight yarn on size 1 US needles.
