This pattern is worked sleeves first. The body is knit from the bottom up. Sleeves are joined at the yoke. The yoke is worked in raglan decreases to the neckline. The neckline is shaped using a series of bind offs and decreases and is worked flat (back and forth) at this point. The collar is bound off, then stitches are picked up for the ribbing.

While you could omit the bound off stitches at the end of the yoke and work the ribbing without picking up stitches, I find that the bound off stitches along the back neckline add some stability to a sweater that is otherwise worn oversized and drapey.

To be worn with 4-6” / 10-15 cm positive ease.
Sample shown in size 40” / 100 cm on a 34” / 86.5 cm bust.

In celebration of this pattern’s release, I will be giving away a free pattern of your choice from my Ravelry store to the first three people to complete the pattern. To be eligible you must knit the pattern and show it off by showing a finished photo in your projects (linking to the pattern page) and in the thread in my Ravelry group.
