The First Frost Shawl is a top down, triangular shawl made in DK weight yarn.

After the initial set up rows, the pattern follows a 3 row repeat and can be adapted to make a bigger or smaller shawl depending on the yarn you chose.

You can make the shawl as small or a large as you want making this a very adaptable pattern that is ideal for using different colors of yarn.

When made with the suggested weight yarn, the finished shawl measures 211cm / 83” wide by 96.5cm / 38” deep.

The shawl can be made in any weight yarn you prefer, from lace weight all the way through to chunky, just change your hook size according to the yarn you use.
