My dear little sister has asked me to braid her hair over and over again for as long as I can remember. She has also recently fallen in love with all things Norwegian from Oslo’s Opera House and Sculpture Garden to the magnificent Fjords of Western Norway. She has an amazing eye for design, and was the inspiration for these wristwarmers. Fletter means Braids in Norwegian, which couldn’t be a more appropriate name. Four braided cables adorn these wristwarmers, which are a great knit when you only have one or two skeins of yarn and no idea what to do with it. Nashua’s Isabella is also a great yarn to transistion into spring, as it is as wool, silk, rayon blend.
