After finishing my daughters sock yarn Floodlight Tee I knew I had to knit one for myself in a more sophisticated fiber and colour pairing. Though it must be said that an adult Floodlight Tee worked in merino or cashmere or any other beautifully wooly fingering weight yarn would be a dream, I chose to knit mine in my favourite summer yarn, our Willow linen/silk fingering weight yarn with subtle mohair stripes in the yoke. The resulting tee is incredibly versatile. Comfortable enough to wear everyday, but special enough to dress up for special occasions as well.
