Knitted cuff down. The pattern is sized for a slender foot, but can be enlarged by using a larger needle, also by adding an extra stitch to each of the purl sections.

dumb mistake on leg chart: the purl stitches on either side of the central, slipped stitches are the same on both sides of that stitch. I somehow forgot to put a couple of purls in, but you’ll see it immediately.
