I chose to use 22 colors in this shawl. I bought one ball of each color. Needless to say I had yarn left over, but it was worth it!

Each finished flower/hex motif should be about 10 1/2” in diameter. If you are a tight crocheter, use an H or I hook. You don’t want your motifs to be stiff. Better for them to be a little bigger and have some drape.
