Story time:
Sooooo, a lot of my close crafty friends have known about my Flower Power Trivet for the past almost 10 years, and at one point a did have the pattern professional printed and sold copies at local craft markets.

About two summers or so ago, I posted a video on TikTok of me creating one of trivets for an upcoming fall restock for Margie’s Market here in Greeley. Pretty soon after posting the video folks from all over were asking for a pattern. Well I checked back in on the video recently, and did’t realize that it went viral over the past year… over 10.7K views!! SOoooo long story short, I have had the opportunity to refresh the look of my pattern and give a whole new life!

I truly wish that those who create these Flower Power Trivets have the best time picking out colors, and crochet up a storm!

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, and will try my best to be as responsive as possible.

Stay well, be kind, and be whimsical, be creative!

This Flower Power Trivet pattern is sure to add flare to anyone’s home, and the bonus is it can be made in so many different colors! Bright, boho, minimalistic, there’s so many possibilities.

The pattern is an advanced beginner to medium level crochet project, due to the techniques used to create the curves and petals. However, we all start somewhere and the only way we can learn is by doing. And generally once a rhythm is found when crocheting, it’s becomes a fairly easy and fun craft. Be patient with yourself and know that good things come with time, and most importantly have fun with it!

Additional yarn suggestions:
- Knit Picks Dishie
-Universal Yarn Cotton Supreme

Cotton yarns are great because they don’t melt.

The Flower Power Trivet finishes at 13.5” inches (34.29 cm)

Also, those who purchase the pattern my name is different because I got married last fall (yay!!), so changing my name on here hasn’t gone into effect quite yet! But trust me, it’s me Brianna (Steele) Evanson.
