This is a two in one pattern! With options to make 4 different hat styles… There is the hood/ear flap style hat with pointed ears and a beanie with rounded ears but you can switch it up and put the pointed ears on the beanie and the rounded ears on the hood.

The hood is knit from the top down with the ears and tassels added later. The beanie is knit from the bottom up with the ears added later. You can knit them with one color and use around 80yds in a hat or use two colors! To make both hats you’ll need closer to 160yds.
