This pattern was designed without a “formal” border as the squares were to be put together and the final afghan border was to be the border. I’ve had so many requests for a border around each square that the pattern has been updated to include a border around each square. I have included pictures of a simple border in yellow around the square.

This beautiful pattern can make an awesome afghan for just about anyone.

Use light pastels for a baby, bright crayon colors for an adolescent, wild hot bright colors for a teenager, shades of purple for a woman or blues or greens for a man.
