The design:
Fractal Bloom Project Bag is a colourful interlocking floral design inspired by fractal art. Using 7 hexagons joined together this practical and stylish bag is perfect for every day use.

Instructions: Instructions are written in English, with round by round photos

Skill: Fractal Bloom is an intermediate level pattern.

Assumed knowledge:
It is assumed you have knowledge of basic crochet stitches in US terms and techniques including joining motifs.
The pattern works two colours concurrently

sc: Single crochet
tr: Treble crochet
bl: Work the stitch in the back loop only e.g blsc

Can I line the bag? Yes you can, this isn’t my area of expertise so I have not included lining instructions but if I was lining I would do a patchwork hexagon lining using a finished crochet block as the template. This will allow the bag to expand better than if I just cut one large template after joining the bag

Can I make this in just one colour? Yes, but you will need to use two skeins of your chosen colour or work from each end of your skein

Can I use the block to make other things? Yes! You can use the block any which way you like. I have made a cushion with it as well for example
