A light and airy summer top, v-necked and with quite a deep back opening. The edges, sleeves and mid panel feature some fishnet lacing, nothing more complicated than yo, k2tog.

I’m sorry to say, I haven’t got a pic of the back; it’s been several years and I haven’t even got the garment anymore.
I will try to explain: the back is done like the front, with decreases & increases but just 1 diamond, up to the armholes, then simply cast off. Straight line across, with the yo-row to give a bit of interest.
When the straps from the front come over the shoulders, you sew them onto this straight edge, lining them up to form right angles, so that the back cut-out is square, so to speak.
