Froggy Bag Holder
Materials:
- Red Heart Super Saver yarns:
o Body: spring green: approximately 490 yrds
o Eye balls: white: Less than 10 yds
- Hooks:
o Size “I” (5.50 MM) hook
- Fiberfill for stuffing eyes, arms, legs
- Safety eyes: ordered the frog eyes from amazon (80 pcs: 12-18mm amigurumi cat eyes: Mucunnia brand
- Scissors
- Stitch markers
- Tapestry needle- for weaving in end
- Optional: I use a 5” Styrofoam ball for eyeball and hanger placement; it fits perfectly in the head to pin pieces Notes:
- This pattern is written with the beginner in mind, however, I do recommend you be a confident beginner and understand basic stitches, increases, and decreases for this pattern
- This pattern includes lots of pictures to help you along the way
- This pattern is written in US terminology for the right-handed crocheter
- Numbers in parenthesis at end of round states how many stitches.
- Stitches in brackets indicate stitch pattern followed by how many times to repeat what is in the brackets
- Chain 1’s at beginning of rows do not count towards stitch count
- Chain 3’s at beginning of rows do count in st counts
- This pattern is designed to be worked from top down
- Guage: a. 9 SC sts X 8 SC rows= 2” b. 6 DC sts; 4 DC rows= 2”
- Project measures approximately 27” tall by 25” wide
