There’s nothing scary about knitting this pattern! This original and easy to understand four-page knitting pattern includes detailed instructions to help you make this adorable monster hat with button shaped antenna top. Instructions are supported with color photos and offer both imperial (inches & yards) and metric (cm & m) measurements. The accommodating rolled brim edge allows this hat to grow with your child. It naturally rolls up when the hat is looser, and stays rolled down as the hat becomes more snug. Either way, it’s soft, stretchy, and supremely comfortable to wear! This hat never fails to produce a smile. Fun to make and to wear!

** 6 Sizes** to fit head circumferences from 12” - 22 1/2” or 30 1/2 cm - 57 cm

Needle size: Size 6 (4.25 mm) double pointed & size 6 (4.25 mm) circular, 17” (40.6 cm) long, and size E crochet hook. Using double pointed needles where circular needles are indicated may work better for size 0-3 mo. because of the small circumference.

Additional supplies: hand sewing needle, hand sewing thread to match eye (white), darning needle, ruler or tape measure, scissors, and pins (optional).

Knitting skills: knitting in-the-round on circular & double pointed needles, increases & decreases, duplicate stitch, & small amount of hand sewing.
