Knit from the top rib to bottom, with a fabulous cable catching the eye and lovely texture to keep you warm and toasty, Garfunkel is a perfect one-skein cowl. Just be careful when you BO as it might easily get claimed by your loved one! Ask me how I know? :-)

1 skein of The Plucky Knitter Scholar (75% merino, 25% cashmere; 255y/115g) or any other worsted weight yarn. Sample was made in color Feather Duster.

Needles
4.5mm/US #7 or size needed for gauge, 60cm/24” circular.
4.0mm/US #6 or one size smaller than gauge needles, 60cm/24” circular.

Other
2 cable needles, 3 stitch markers, interlocking stitch marker (optional), tapestry needle, two 2.5-cm/1-inch buttons.

Gauge (after blocking)
18 sts x 24 rows over 10cm/4” in Roman Rib Stitch worked in the round with needle 4.5mm/US #7.
