A pattern to knit headbands and fingerless mitts for everyone on your gift list:young or younger. The mitts can be knit for any size hand in three different lengths and would be suitable for children, men or women. Fingerless mitts are knit flat from side to side on two needles with short row shaping for the thumb. The headband comes in two sizes; small (for child to adult small),and large (for adult medium-large head). The headband is shaped to fit the head comfortably without slipping and is buttoned at the nape of the neck to avoid mussing up the hairdo.
