This gecko pattern can also a dinosaur hat, or for older members of family in any color as a textured spiky balaclava.

It was inspired by the children’s tv show PJ Masks.

Knit bottom up. Knitter will need to be familiar with knitting in the round and recasting.

Sizes include Baby, Child S, Child M/L, Adult S and L

Materials
1 Skein Super Bulky Yarn. Approximately 80 yards for Child sizes Gekko yarn: Grass Green (Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick
Solids)
1 more Skein for larger sizes, Approximately 140 yards
1 contrast colour for embroidery and spikes, same weight works best
9 mm double pointed needles for small size
9 mm – 16” long circular needles for medium and larger
Tapestry needle
Optional - felt for eyes: white green

Eyes can be added using felt, an outline is provided.
