The Ghoulash hat pattern was created to use up those ever-building scraps of worsted weight yarn. You can randomly pick scraps, or plot out your pattern to your heart’s content knowing that just like goulash soup, whatever you end up with will be edible(wearable) but may or may not be “palatable”. Included are a few examples of how to alter the simple pattern and a blank pattern to “color” in as desired. Each round only requires to work with two yarns at a time, but you can make it more daring as desired. Save any scraps over 2 inches/5 cm for a multicolored pompom if desired.
