I absolutely love how yarn choices can make the same lace pattern into two completely different finished pieces. The Pastaza version is half wool, half llama and very warm. It is a wonderful blanket to have around the house to keep warm. The Shetland version is absolutely fantastic! It is light as a feather, soft and wooly - perfect for keeping warm when outdoors without adding too much bulk.
Be creative with your yarn choices and enjoy the pattern!
