You start knitting the upper back while shaping the drop shoulder with some short rows. Then you pick up stitches from the CO for the fronts and work both fronts until you have reached the length of the armhole as you did for the back.
Back and fronts are joined and worked together until the desired length while shaping the garment to your belongings.
Pick up stitches around the armhole and work the sleeves in the round.
