Heavy fingering/sport weight yarn, Super fine #1 / Fine #2
1 skein = 100 gr = 3.5 oz / 390 m = 425 yd
50% wool, 50% acrylic, or use any heavy fingering/sport
weight wool blend to achieve a similar effect
